Returns & Exchanges

For items from the Collection range (*for Bespoke items see below)

To notify us of a request to return or exchange an item from the Collection range:

  • Contact us within 14 days
  • Return items within 30 days of the delivery date

Customers are responsible for the return of items in their original condition and packaging. 

Please obtain proof of delivery for items you return.  Customers are responsible for the delivery of returns and exchanges back to Hazeldee Home to complete any refunds or exchanges.

 

Bespoke Orders

These items were made especially for you and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting images as necessary.
  • Return items within 30 days of the delivery date

 

Return Postage

Buyers are responsible for the costs of postage.
